Role Summary
We’re looking for goal-oriented people who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and are eager to apply their problem-solving skills to real business challenges. The Summer Intern, AEM Consulting will be coordinating and executing functions like tracking and measuring the success of our consulting programs, working in conjunction with our resource management office to help staff our projects and help develop reporting and metrics to help drive decision making across our consulting practice.
What You’ll Do

  • Build business reporting – charts, graphs, reports across a range of projects
  • Create dashboards using data in our SalesForce CRM and Professional Services Administration Tool (PSA).
  • Develop Sharepoint knowledge repositories

  • Strong teamwork and experience colalborating with individuals across lines of business, functional areas and different levels of an organization
  • Action oriented, with willingness to take the initiative and a desire to roll-up sleeves and dig into the depths of the business
  • A commitment to self-improvement and a willingness to be coached
  • Grace under pressure and a positive attitude
  • Sharp analytical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Data management skills, including experience with the following: identifying, extracting, integrating and working with data from multiple systems
  • Using a thorough, detailed approach to ensure high levels of data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to find creative solutions for project and data challenges
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM is a strong plus
