Product Management Intern

We are looking for a product manager intern who is passionate about building products that our customers will love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product experiences. Your focus will be on eBay buyer and seller experience flows impacting how our users engage and buy items on our marketplace.
 
In this role you will lead and influence a global team that ensures Product & Technology teams work directly with Business, Marketing, Customer Service teams to understand the needs and aspirations of our buyers. The team will drive all aspects of concept to customer for customer facing applications, platform and services. You will work with cross functional teams, product management, and business teams across the company globally for timely and effective execution of key initiatives for the org.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share. Lead the ideation and product development lifecycle to launch successful customer experiences and drive growth.
  • Drive integration and timelines with dependency teams.
  • Interface with engineering to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
  • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project stakeholders.
  • Engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled as a student, 0-3 years of relevant work experience in an accredited Bachelors, Masters program within the United States graduating after December 2020
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Great business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to write scripts or snippets of code preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment a plus
