Key Job Responsibilities

Arrange and update calendar as needed
Gather information and reconcile financial statements
Record and report information to appropriate departments
Manage clerical work and prepare document to internal teams
Provide administrative support and work collaboratively across diverse departments

Bachelor degree
Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
Great attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical errors
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Bilingual in English and Chinese
work schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Driver license preferred
