Financial Administrator II - Limited Service
The Department of Environmental Conservation is hiring for a part time (25 hours a week) Financial Administrator II. This position will focus on purchasing and accounts payable as we transition to a new enterprise purchasing software in a statewide implementation effort. This position will also participate in the implementation of a replacement system for our loans and grants tracking system (LGTS). The successful candidate will be engaging with vendors, grantees, loan recipients as well as various DEC program staff and will be expected to provide exemplary customer service. The successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of project management, accounting concepts, practices, procedures, reporting, as well as strong computer skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, and willing to take on a leadership role in pushing these initiatives forward.
