People Experience Intern (Hybrid Bay Area)

People Experience Team Intern

As a PX Team Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the DataStax People Experience Team with a wide range of projects related to employee experience and engagement, the full employee journey, which includes onboarding through offboarding, as well as data management through that journey. 

What you will do:

  • Manipulate Data including defining and cleaning up People data
  • Translate data to our data management tool 
  • Support adoption and implementation of Visier with the people team
  • Support the people team with creation of the Donut employee journey roadmap
  • Identify Innovative and creative ways to leverage donut to help employees be more productive, connect employees to each other, enhance and support DEI&B initiatives through Donut, build Multiplier moments and experiences into the Donut journey and implement the selected ideas in partnership with the project lead
  • Provide great customer service for our employees

Your experience should include:

  • Familiarity with HRIS, Workday a plus
  • Experience with Google suite of products
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced change oriented environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Experience as a HR Assistant/Intern or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Student pursuing a Bachelors in Human Resources Management,Organizational Psychology or similar field highly preferred
