Process Intelligence Engineer Intern

As a member of the Customer Experience Transformation team, the Process Intelligence Engineer Intern will play a crucial role in initiatives aimed at improving how customers interact with Allstate. This enterprise-level role is highly collaborative, requiring teamwork to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The intern will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify customer pain points, utilizing techniques such as process mapping and process mining. An essential part of this role is the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommended next steps to leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and customer pain points using process mapping and mining techniques.

Collaborate with team members to drive customer experience improvements across various initiatives.

Assist in articulating findings and next steps to leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Learn and utilize process mining software and related tools.

Work on real business problems as an analyst, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

 

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience or interest in data analysis, process mapping, and light coding.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take data, analyze it, and produce actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on presenting complex information to non-technical audiences.

A proactive learner who is eager to explore new tools and methodologies.
