Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Tax Preparer, you will assist in preparing individual 1040 tax returns under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a great opportunity for those eager to learn the ins and outs of the tax and accounting world while gaining real-world experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing individual tax returns
• Organize client paperwork and documentation
• Work directly with clients to gather necessary tax information
• Learn the fundamentals of tax regulations and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college (business, accounting, or finance major preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the tax industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during tax season
• This is a seasonal opportunity with training in December and work from January through May of 2025. You must have availability during these months
• Bilingual is a plus.
